REMEMBER- Always make sure that you enter your CORRECT contact number and the SHIPPING ADDRESS at the time of checkout to receive your delivery information straight in your hands on the arrival of your order.
The Shipping Carriers may hold up your delivery for wrong contact number till further notice. Please provide your correct mobile number at checkout to avail the best service and also to have a choice of shipping, i.e. EXPRESS or STANDARD depending upon your regional location or country. In some countries, We have arrangement for multiple shipping choices as well.

SIRTAZ GIFTS offers DISCOUNTED SHIPPING (in many cases upto 40 % off) on standard shipping charges worldwide to all its customers, whether the purchase is smaller or bigger. Thanks to our partner services providers for caring our valuable customers.
Our system identifies the customer location from the address, and such order is passed on to the nearest Production Centre to fulfill the order; if the given product is out of stock at that center, then orders are picked up by the next nearest Centre to fulfill it as early possible.
There are various costs involved before the final products reach your destination address. It includes product sourcing from original/local brands, designing cost, printing cost, and delivery shipment cost.
SIRTAZ GIFTS offers DISCOUNTED SHIPPING on Standard Delivery Services by all partner facilities in different countries. It could be upto 40% off the normal shipping costs for any order.
Our main production facilities in USA and Canada usually take the following time frames for all domestic and international deliveries with premier shipping service providers. The same is valid with our other production facilities in Australia, Asia, and Europe.
USA and CANADA
Domestic Delivery
Standard Delivery- 3-4 days business days after the fulfillment.
International Delivery
Standard Delivery- 5-20 business days after fulfillment.
RESTRCTED SHIPPING ZONE(S)
We don’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.
The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we don’t ship to the following destinations:
- Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
- Russia
- Belarus
- Ecuador
- Cuba
- Iran
- Syria
- North Korea
Please note, that Russia’s war in Ukraine severely limits shipping to Ukraine.
Due to the impacts related to the Covid-19 pandemic and other unrelated service disruptions, our shipping carriers also don’t offer international shipping to the following countries (last updated on Oct 26, 2022):

Are all products in an order shipped together?
Some of our products come individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra durability. Here are the products we may ship separately:

In some cases, we may fulfill products from the same order in different facilities, which means they’ll be shipped separately.
TAXES - Customers’ native countries may charge Custom Duties on products ordered online at the time of deliveries of the shipments in the home countries, depending upon the native TAX laws.
We are an Australian GST registered company and pay GST for all the sales in the country.
