REFUNDS

Dear Customers!

Please note that all the products on our portal are printed on demand and delivered as per your choice for colour/size/design on product/type of product. Your choice of design/product/colour/size is specific to you only and not of any use to our other customers having interest in similar products.

So, please choose carefully, your product size and colour and product type before the checkout.

NO REFUNDS will be given for the purchase order of DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS or products on SALE at website/portal.

Only Full priced sold products will be considered for Refund of money, if faulty or damaged item is delivered by our WAREHOUSE facility.

RETURNS

Only the valid shipments those are received as DAMAGED or recorded as MISSING due to some transportation error or other reason will be entertained for the returns. Please read the process steps of returning damaged shipping items to the advised shipping facility or our production house.

Non-returnable items:

  • Face masks
  • Underwear or undergarments
  • Swimwear with detached hygiene strips
  • Earrings for pierced ears
  • Jewelry (of any type)
  • Bags
  • Sunglasses (with/without designs)
  • Gift certificates
  • No discounted items will be accepted for return/refund

Please remember to follow the guidelines for returning defective or wrongly delivered products.

  • Valid return must be completed within 7 days of the item being delivered
  • The thing is unworn and unwashed
  • The article is in a re-sellable condition
  • The item being returned qualifies for a return
  • The item is in its original packaging, with all labels attached
  • All the guarantee/warranty cards of the item in the packaging must be returned
  • Promotional gifts must be returned with the actual item, if any, delivered with

Please follow our guidelines for any issue with your shipment/order/product received as follows.

 

  1. Please always inform SIRTAZ GIFTS' office of any technical issue regarding the order or shipment at info@sirtazgifts.com before starting the return process as the FIRST STEP with subject "complaint" on the given email with full details of the product, invoice number, and date of order and delivery, etc. You must also supply product or shipment photos as an attachment with the mail by explaining the issue with the order.
  2. Our customer service would reply to you with all advice and procedure within 24-48 hours on business days and 3-4 days on weekends or holidays. We would inform our production facility of the issues raised by our customer(s) and let you know when to return your order to the facility which delivered the given order.
  3. Please never return your product to any facility or the nearest facility until we advise you to do so.
  4. All returns usually go back to the facility responsible for that special delivery.
  5. All our production facilities also handle return shipments to the end customer after the approval from SIRTAZ GIFTS for the reshipping of the returned order (for all genuine returns) at our expense.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after receiving the product. All claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date for packages lost in transit. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

The return address is set by default to the SIRTAZ GIFTS' facility, which has fulfilled that given order. An automated email notification will be sent to you when we receive a returned shipment. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks. If SIRTAZ GIFTS' production facility isn't used as the return address, the customers will become liable for any returned shipments they receive.

 

Wrong Address - If the customer provides an address that the courier considers insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our facility. The customer will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

 

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and the customer will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to the end customer (if and as applicable).

Suppose you haven't registered an account on website  sirtazgifts.com and added a billing method, you at this moment agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won't be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).

SIRTAZ GIFTS does not accept returns of unsealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, undergarments, engraved jewellery, swimwear, earrings, sunglasses, and gift certificates, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You at this moment agree that any returned orders with face masks won't be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

Returned by Customer – We always advise our end customers to contact us before returning any products. Except for Customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders for buyer's remorse. Returns for products, face masks, and size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion. If we choose to accept returns or offer size exchanges to our end customers, our customers would need to place a new order at their expense for a face mask or a product in another size. Customers residing in Brazil and regretting a purchase must contact our Customer Service and express their will to return the item within 7 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a picture of it. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.

 

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

  1. The supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are personalized.
    2. Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

Therefore SIRTAZ GIFTS reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted under the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
