Please refer to the 'Size chart' provided in every product section. We have given metric and imperial size charts for the convenience of all customers.

Q. How do I subscribe to your specials, discounts, and information about new product arrivals in your store?

Just click on the SIGN UP link on the website and follow as advised. You are now ready to receive this free service for our regular customers to avail of specials and discounts on various occasions.

Q. How do I unsubscribe from Sirtaz MARKETPLACE?

Click on the 'Unsubscribe' option from the 'My Account' section.

Delivery of the orders

Q. I am based out of the USA, and I want to place an order for delivery in EUROPE. Is it possible?

Yes, it is possible. All our production facilities provide DISCOUNTED SHIPPING for domestic and international deliveries.

Q. Do you deliver out in sensitive areas?

Yes, we deliver worldwide, except to the war-prone or disturbed areas like Syria, North Korea, and the countries with civil unrest. PLEASE CHECK OUR SHIPPING POLICY FOR MORE DETAILS.

Q. What if I am not available when you deliver the merchandise?

Courier companies usually call the customer to check their availability. If the delivery fails, the order is re-dispatched after taking appropriate instructions from the customer.

Q. Can I change the shipping address of the order?

No, you cannot change the shipping address ONCE your order to be shipped. Kindly enter your shipping address carefully because our system saves your delivery address for our production facilities to start printing and shipping the products immediately as customers confirm the delivery address at checkout.

Q. How do I return a product?

Please read our RETURN POLICY. It is a straightforward process. All the discounted products are not valid for refunds in any case, however there are valid returns for the products which arrived destination address as damaged or went missing during shipping.

Q. Can I book an order for delivery to more than one address?

No. You have to place separate orders for different shipping addresses.

Q. What are the shipping charges? Are there any additional charges?

We offer DISCOUNTED SHIPPING for all orders worldwide, no matter how small or big an order is placed. Shipping is assessed online by the size or weight of the order placed. Our partner shipping services providers give discounts upto 40% off on the standard shipping cost of any order placed at Sirtaz Gifts portal for a given address.

Q. How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with courier details once your order is successfully placed. You can track your order status using the same information on the respective courier partner's website.

Q. What is the stipulated delivery time for an order?

We deliver within 3-4 business days after fulfillment for DOMESTIC deliveries and 5-20 business days for INTERNATIONAL deliveries from Monday to Friday. No delivery is made on Public Holidays or Weekends.

Q. What should I do if I receive a different item from the one I ordered?

If the wrong order has been delivered to you, please contact our Customer Care immediately or email us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. We will guide you what to do to return that wrong iten to our facility.

Payments for Orders

Q. How do I make a payment?

We accept Master Card, Visa credit, Apple Pay, debit, and other credit cards etc..

Q. Do you accept payment through cheque / Demand Draft?

No, we don't accept cheques and drafts of any bank.

Q. What happens if my credit/debit card has been compromised during online payment?

We do not store/retain your credit card information. If you suspect any such activity, please immediately contact your bank.

Q. What happens if the merchandise ordered is out of stock?

If the product you ordered is out of stock at our production facilities, you will see it live on the portal. You may have to wait for 3-4 weeks to receive such a product if you have already ordered an item out of the stock tag. If you cannot wait that long, please don't order the product till it is back in stock at our production facilities.

The orders for out-of-stock products are informed immediately. We will refund the full amount in your account if you have accidentally ordered a such item or have the patience to wait until it is delivered to your address.

We discourage our customers that they must refrain from ordering a product which is currently labelled as OUT OF STOCK on our portal to avoid any inconvenience due to it unavailability in our stocks.

Q. Is there a limit to the quantity that I can order?

No, there's no limit. You can order any number of products in an order, Only the  shipping cost will vary because of the weight and size of the order placed.

Q. Can I cancel an order?

No, you cannot cancel your order because all orders are instantly passed on to the production facilities for creating your designer products and shipping them at your addess.So please choose your CORRECT product/colour/size/design and  enter your CORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS and CONTACT NUMBER to avoid shipment hassles.

Q. What do I do if my order is received in a damaged condition?

If you notice that your order is damaged or tampered with, kindly refuse to accept the delivery and return it to the courier personnel with the original packaging material. Request you to get in touch with our Customer Support team immediately, and we would be more than happy to exchange the item/garment for you.

Exchange or refunds

Q. What items are eligible for exchange or refunds?

Suppose the items are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition to resell in-store with all price and product tags attached to them. Such things are eligible to be considered by our quality control team for the validity of the Items returned or exchanged and must be returned within 7 days of deliveries received. You would be informed about the assessment outcome by our team for the approval or decline of exchange or refunds for the returned items. PLEASE read our RETURN POLICY for more details.

Q. What items are not eligible for exchange or returns?

We do not accept the return or exchange of discounted items, gift certificates, Jewelry, masks, underwear, bags, and sunglasses once dispatched unless it is a manufacturing defect. Please read our return policy for details.

Returns/refunds are not valid on DISCOUNTED merchandise.

Q. How will I know that my returned item has been received for refund processing?

Once your return is received and inspected at our production facilities, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Q. How many days does it take to get back my refunds?

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Q. Can I advise my refunds to a given account?

When approved for online paid orders, we do refunds are only credited back to the original payment method used (master/visa/AmEx/diners). You may also advise keeping refunds as Store Credits, valid for 6 months.

Q. How Can I get extra 10% discount along with current offer of 50% off on all items?
